Staring down the barrel of a shotgun

Staring down the barrel of a shotgun

By: James Linders

Judging from statements made by various politicians, viral researchers, medical doctors, and now, by our OWN president, Cyril Ramaphosa, it becomes VERY clear that NO effective vaccine has yet been developed over the past eighteen months that could combat the COVID-19 virus and its variants. This creates a whirlpool of insecurity, uncertainty, fear, doubt, and a lack faith in the minds of world populations who are being forced to take a vaccine that needs MORE testing done before it should be administered to humans. Those incumbents who have already been used as laboratory rats to find an effective vaccine, are now registered as a readily available experimental pool for researchers and governments, to continue their tests on humans.
I can't shake this nagging premonition that the world is staring down the barrel of a shotgun, with countless fatalities, if an effective vaccine is not found soon to treat ALL COVID-19 variants. The fact that world governments can't give their citizens the assurance that effective vaccines have been developed to date, to protect beneficiaries AGAINST the virus and its various variants, is fearsomely troubling. How LONG will world populations continue to be used as laboratory rats; as fatalities are rising to even higher levels than the 1918 Spanish flue?
When will the nightmare ever end? Or will a solution to the speculations, fear and insecurities caused by the COVID-19 virus and its variants only be provided when the New World Order is in office? How much MORE can the citizens of the world take?

It is TROUBLESOME to see how governments of the world are STRUGGLING to find a solution to the current deadly pandemic, with NO prospects of an immediate solution at the end of the tunnel.
I want to encourage my brothers and sisters in Christ AROUND the globe to put their trust in GOD alone. Threatening death, evil, satanic or demonic forces are NOT greater than our God, Ehyeh-Asher-Ehyeh. As proof to support this statement, we need look NO further than Sadrac, Meshach and Abednego in the blazing furnace, the Israelites cornered at the red sea, and Daniel in the lions' den.
Even in the face of adversity, facing CERTAIN death, they trusted the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. NO worldly threats of governments, systems, OR death could sway them to doubt the omnipotence and faithfulness of the God of their fathers. In MY opinion they chose to fear their God, rather than their conditions and circumstances. They would rather prefer to die, believing in their God, than to yield to the threat and ways of the world. We as the modern-day church should remember that God places significant importance on ‘faith’ in our relationship with Him. WITHOUT faith we can NOT please God!
During Y'shua's missions on earth, He sent His apostles to heal the sick, the lepers, and to raise the dead. Healing the sick and raising the dead was a NEW experience to them. However, healing the lepers was a DIFFERENT cup of soup; a dead sentence to them, because leprosy was a highly contagious disease. Just being in near proximity of the carriers meant certain death to them.
But they did NOT question their Lord Y'shua's instruction or fear the implications of the leprosy. They reached out to the lepers and healed them from this fatal disease, BELEAVING that though they walked through the valley of the shadow of death, they would fear NO evil; believing that their God was protecting them from the fatal impact that the virus would have on their lives; BELIEVING that no harm would befall them because their God was PROTECTING them, even though they stared down the barrel of a shotgun!
